Uline is looking for a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company!

Hours:

15 - 20 hours per week. Required Availability:
Monday and Friday;

Position Responsibilities Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments. Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
