Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 As Uline grows, we’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead key areas of Corporate Accounting and support our financial operations. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team while strengthening accounting processes, internal controls and reporting. Work hands-on to drive accuracy, efficiency and meaningful improvements across our North American operations.

Position Responsibilities Manage daily operations of Uline’s Corporate Accounting team, strengthening internal controls, improving processes and supporting ERP system enhancements. Coach and develop Accounting Supervisors and their teams, building a culture of accountability, growth and high performance.

Oversee key Accounting areas such as financial and cost accounting, leases, fixed assets, cash and other operational accounting activities. Manage month-end and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation, analyzing results and variances to deliver accurate, timely reporting. Partner with leadership to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives aligned with company goals.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA designation with 5+ years of Accounting experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience leading teams in a corporate environment. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation or system enhancements. Proficient in Microsoft Office;
