To provide administrative support specifically related to the Purchasing Department’s activities, staff and management.

• Enter manual POs.
• Maintain change dock dates, pricing, PPV, lead time, RDL, past due, and ASN (Advanced Ship Notices).
• Maintain files, logs, purchase orders and related documentation on the computer system and in hard copy form.
• Send out weekly EDI releases along with supplier reschedules.
• Upload supplier reschedules information daily.
• Send reminders to suppliers that are not responding to weekly releases.
• Generate and maintain daily/weekly reports.
• Assist in expediting orders.
• Contact vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.

• 1‑2 years experience in Purchasing Administration.
• Organized.
• Ability to work in a very fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., V‑Lookup, Formulas).
• Basic filing and office skills.
• Oracle is a plus.
