Training Assistant

Training Assistant needs 2 years of experience in learning administration, supporting multiple business areas / functions, and familiarity with document control change request processes.

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP Success Factors, Cornerstone, or similar); strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems.
• Experience working in Master Control is required.
• Experience with Veeva is optional.
• Experience with Success Factors.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industry learning and compliance requirements (Good Documentation Practices).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

• Document Change Request Administration: coordination of document change requests, learning assessment collaboration, track and follow up with process owners, data entry and quality checks, maintain organized documentation and records of all administrative actions taken.
• Learning Management Administration: assigning training, job code/curriculum maintenance, reporting, user account troubleshooting.
• Support of remediation activities driven by audits, deviations, or organizational processes.
