Position Title:
Executive Administrative Assistant Salary: $70,000-$85,000/year
Shift: 1st
Hours:
8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Pleasant Prairie, WI. Primarily onsite with 2 remote workdays per month.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and handles confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prioritize executive email communications and correspondence
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and executive reports
- Organize leadership meetings, executive events, customer visits, and special projects
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting logistics
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables
- Maintain confidential documents, contracts, and executive records
- Support executive communications and company-wide announcements
- Produce polished documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Experience supporting a President, CEO, COO, Vice President, or executive leadership team preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating executive travel, meetings, presentations, and confidential communications
- Professional demeanor with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Preferred experience with Executive calendar management, Meeting and event coordination, Executive travel planning, Expense reporting, Presentation development, Executive communications, Contract or document management, Leadership support
