Mailroom Coordinator

Are you ready to ensure seamless mail operations and contribute to the efficient functioning of our organization?

This position is responsible for the distribution and dispatch of mail and packages within the organization. The role ensures that all incoming and outgoing correspondence is processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the smooth operation of our communication systems.

• Receive, process, and distribute all mail and packages to designated areas.
• Stamp date and time of receipt on incoming mail.
• Sort, distribute, and collect mail according to destination and type.
• Re-address undeliverable mail with incomplete or incorrect addresses.
• Examine outgoing mail for proper appearance and seal envelopes using machines.
• Fold letters or circulars and insert them into envelopes.
• Weigh mail to ensure correct postage.
• Maintain records of registered mail.
• Order and manage mailroom supplies.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of mailroom activities.

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs occasionally (30-60%).
• Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

• Quiet to moderate noise level.
• May be in close proximity to warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Required to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to talk and hear.
• May be impacted by weather conditions if working in the warehouse or outside environment – heat, humidity, and cold.
