Position Responsibilities- Take on fast-moving projects and business challenges, using data and critical thinking to uncover opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Partner with teams across Uline — from Sales and Customer Service to IT and Distribution Operations — to gain whole business knowledge and support strategic initiatives.
- Turn complex information into clear reports, presentations and recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Take ownership of your work from start to finish, with the freedom to explore new ideas and make a measurable impact.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience solving business challenges through internships, coursework or professional experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic, critical thinking and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity working with data and Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL and Power BI a plus.
