Bilingual Business Process Analyst Pleasant Prairie, WI | Fully Onsite
Fluent English & Spanish required
We are looking for a Bilingual Business Process Analyst to support Uline’s Mexico operations and help improve the way their billing processes work.
This is not a traditional billing or accounting position
. You’ll spend your time looking at how things are being done, reviewing data, finding problems, and working with different teams to make processes more efficient and effective.
- Review billing and business data to identify problems, trends and opportunities.
- Investigate issues and figure out why something isn't working
. - Work with Uline’s Mexico team and U.S. departments to solve problems.
- Help improve and streamline existing business processes.
- Coordinate projects and keep track of deadlines and progress.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings and updates.
- Keep project information and documentation organized.
- Serve as a key contact between Uline’s U.S. and Mexico teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations or a related field
. - 2+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, finance, accounting, billing, process improvement or a related field
. - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with numbers, Excel, reports and data.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Someone who enjoys finding problems and figuring out how to fix them.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing projects or deadlines.
- Willing to work fully onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI
. - Willing to travel occasionally to Uline locations throughout North America.
- $80,000-$95,000/year
