Position Responsibilities Provide insights to Uline leadership regarding legislative, regulatory, political and economic developments, identifying risks and evaluating their potential business impact. Prepare clear and concise written summaries, policy analyses and presentations, translating complex information into strategic business recommendations.

Serve as a trusted resource on emerging public policy, industry and market trends, by conducting research and analyses to support decision-making. Lead and support strategic projects and company-wide initiatives, applying sound business judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, political affairs, business analysis or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling recommendations.
