Description:
We are seeking a seasoned, highly polished professional to serve as a Customer Experience Agent within our organization. This is not a traditional customer service role. It is a high-visibility, relationship-driven position responsible for stewarding consignors and bidders through every stage of the auction lifecycle with precision, discretion, and executive-level professionalism. Our customers entrust us with high-value collector vehicles and expect white-glove service at every touchpoint.
The individual in this role will operate as a trusted advisor and brand representative, ensuring each interaction reflects the professionalism and standards of a nationally respected auction company. This role requires sound judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to navigate complex, time-sensitive situations with confidence and composure.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for consignors and registered bidders from initial engagement through post-auction settlement.
- Provide proactive, high-touch communication that builds trust and reinforces brand confidence.
- Anticipate client needs and remove friction points before they escalated.
- Oversee the accuracy and completeness of vehicle documentation, contracts, and auction materials.
- Ensure consignments and bidder approvals progress efficiently and in alignment with auction timelines.
- Manage financial documentation, settlements, and client payouts with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Exercise independent decision-making authority in resolving complex client matters.
- Navigate sensitive conversations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining ownership of the client outcome.
- Partner closely with Consignment Sales, Accounting, Titles & VIN Administration, and Vehicle Marketing to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Communicate clearly across departments to align priorities and drive timely execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable improvements that elevate the overall client experience.
- Oversee accurate reconciliation of transactions and timely distribution of titles and sale
- 7+ years of experience in high-touch client services, relationship management, hospitality, financial services, or a comparable professional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client interactions with discretion and sound judgment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a refined, professional tone.
- Strong operational discipline and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments.
- Proficiency in digital systems and CRM platforms (Salesforce or comparable systems preferred).
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and personal standards of excellence.
- Experience in auctions, automotive, luxury goods, or other high-value asset industries.
- Background working with high-net-worth clientele.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
