Position Responsibilities- Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
- Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
- Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.
- This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in Articulate preferred.
- Gain professional work experience by executing meaningful business projects.
- Work with a dedicated mentor assigned specifically to you.
