Associate Instructional Designer

Join Uline Inc. as an Associate Instructional Designer supporting training for our wholesale distribution operations. Design and update engaging e-learning, instructor-led courses, job aids, and process guides for warehouse, sales, and customer service teams. Partner with subject-matter experts to analyze needs, storyboard content, and align materials with performance goals and compliance standards. Use authoring tools and LMS to build, test, and track courses.

Evaluate training effectiveness with data and feedback and continuously improve content in Uline's fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning, instructor-led training, and job aids for operations, sales, and customer service teams.
• Partner with subject-matter experts to analyze training needs and translate complex processes into clear learning materials.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and assessments aligned with performance and compliance standards.
• Build and publish courses using e-learning authoring tools and manage content within the LMS.
• Collect and analyze feedback and training data to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistency with brand, style, and quality standards across all instructional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support new initiatives, systems, and process rollouts.
