Position Summary

A growing and well-respected provider of medical imaging service solutions is seeking an experienced Imaging Service Engineer to support and maintain diagnostic imaging systems, including X-ray, with a bit of CT. This role is critical in ensuring optimal equipment performance, safety, and reliability - directly supporting high standards of patient care.

You’ll be responsible for installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency service, while also playing a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clinical teams. Ideal candidates are technically proficient, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced field service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, repair, and calibrate imaging systems including X-ray, with a bit of CT.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
  • Install and configure imaging equipment to meet manufacturer and safety standards.
  • Communicate clearly with clinical and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with imaging systems, X-ray.
  • Strong electronics/mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot down to the component level.
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hospital or field-based service environments.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards
