Job Summary

This position assists in observation, data collection and data analysis used in the improvement of all distribution center processes including inbound, outbound, and inventory control functions for the US Fresenius Kabi finished goods distribution network.

Responsibilities

Define, design, and improve US distribution standard operational processes to maximize process efficiency and productivity.

Support execution of project plans related to process enhancements.

Ensure an optimal fit between people, process, technology, and tools through direct observation, data collection and statistical process analysis.

Support installation, modification and continuous improvement of distribution center equipment and processes including WMS, TMS and LMS environments.

Support process documentation changes resulting from improvements.

Assist operations management regarding the implementation of supply chain enhancements.

Proactively monitor assigned operation for any changing business requirement or process bottlenecks.

Participate in cross‑functional teams to assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Identify and communicate process improvement ideas.

Ensure compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to Health, Safety, Environment, Energy and Quality Management Systems, as per roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
0–3 years of experience, preferably in industrial engineering or process improvement roles in distribution center or warehouse operations.
Proactive and results‑driven with strong quantitative, analytical and computer skills.
Demonstrated successful process improvement skills.
Experience with SAP WM preferred.
Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite.
Working knowledge of good warehouse procedures and practices.
Productive work results in assigned duties.
Effective cross‑functional communication, verbally and in writing.
Travel up to 25% required.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000.
