The Ocenco Group is collection of manufacturing companies that design, build and sell various types of personal safety equipment used in military, railway, maritime, mining, and industrial markets worldwide. The Ocenco Group is privately held, and the headquarters of the parent company, Ocenco Inc., is in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
The Ocenco Group CFO will be a key executive leader, responsible for steering the global finance team and overseeing financial operations across multiple regions. This role is vital for ensuring the financial success and strategic growth of The Ocenco Group.
Responsibilities- Financial Leadership:
Develop and execute The Ocenco Group’s global financial strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy and business objectives. This includes full accountability for delivery against profit and loss as well as performance analysis and dynamic interventions for delivery of fiscal year financial targets. - Financial Planning & Analysis:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making. - Treasury and
Risk Management:
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to ensure The Ocenco Group has sufficient capital to support operations and growth; identify and mitigate financial risks across the organization, ensuring The Ocenco Group’s financial stability and compliance. - Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards in partnership with the subsidiaries’ accounting teams. - Team Management:
Lead and inspire finance teams within The Ocenco Group, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Board Engagement:
Serve as the primary financial liaison to the Board of Directors, providing clear financial reports, strategic insights into opportunities and risks, and recommendations to support informed decision-making. - Operational Efficiency:
Streamline financial operations and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across all regions. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders across departments to develop a near and long-term strategy, building a wholistic roadmap for delivery. - Innovation:
Champion the adoption of innovative financial technologies and practices to drive growth and efficiency.
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational company.
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance leadership position is highly preferred.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving financial growth and innovation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of global financial markets and practices.
- Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, financial performance, and risk.
- Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different cultural environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
