Job Description

You will work in an inpatient setting with a small client caseload to:

  • Provide bio psychosocial treatment plans for new intaked clients
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.
  • Provide treatment planning, coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care, when appropriate.
  • Represent Wis Hope as part of the team at trainings, meetings, and other community events.
  • Provide various outpatient SUD and Mental Health services.
  • Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.
  • Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
  • Provide SUD and Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
  • Complete any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.
  • Participate in annual cultural competency, diversity training, safety training, and are beyond qualified to care for those we serve.
Salary

50,000–70,000 per year depending on education, experience and credentialing

Requirements
  • Hold a current SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC, LPC-IT, LPC, APSW, LCSW and/or ICSS (Required)
  • Driver's license (Preferred)
  • Associate's degree or higher in Substance Use Disorders or Mental Health related field (Preferred)
