In-Home Caregiver; Columbia

Endearment Unlimited is a non‑medical In‑Home Service Provider dedicated to promoting individual growth for those we serve through personalized supports. We are seeking compassionate and skilled In‑Home Caregivers to join our team. As an In‑Home Caregiver, you will provide in‑home care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep.

Availability between 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. strongly encouraged to apply.

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry
• Assist with medication reminders and other person‑specific tasks
• Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence
• Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Contribute to the development of client care plans

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a working phone
• Able and willing to commute from client home to client home

• Work in clients' homes, with occasional office visits
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Part‑time and full‑time positions available, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients and caregivers
