• Sanitation & Maintenance:
  Execute high‑standard cleaning in resident living/dining areas, bathrooms, and common spaces. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying wastebaskets.
• Waste Management:
  Ensure proper trash disposal and adhere to facility‑specific waste protocols to maintain a sterile environment.
• Supply Management:
  Keep housekeeping carts and closets stocked and organized to ensure all necessary materials are available for your shift.
• Resident Rights & Ethics:
  Strictly comply with Residents’ Rights and facility policies. You must be a trustworthy individual who maintains absolute confidentiality regarding resident health conditions and personal information.

  Collaboration:
  
  Maintain positive, respectful relationships with co‑workers and clinical staff to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment (SDS).
• Miscellaneous Duties:
  Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet the evolving needs of the facility.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Experience:
  
  Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience is preferred.
• Key Traits: A proactive, detail‑oriented attitude with a creative spirit to help maintain a cheerful environment.
• Reliability:
  Ability to follow routine daily and weekly schedules while working independently or as part of a group.
