HubSpot Developer

Talimer’s client, a global leader in workforce innovation and one of the world’s most ethical and inclusive employers, seeks a project-based contract Hub Spot Developer to help maintain an existing Hub Spot site and build new pages as necessary. Reporting to the Global Creative Lead, this role will serve as a project support partner for the in-house creative team who function like an internal agency, fast-paced, collaborative, and strategically driven.

They are building their bench of talent so they’re ready for project work. Ideally, they’ll build a relationship with a developer who will learn their Hub Spot site and be able to drop in when there’s a need. This role will support the Creative team primarily, but also serve the Digital team as needed. Ideal candidate is a versatile web developer who understands brand architecture and can execute across related sub-brand sites, contributing to the cohesion of their global digital presence.

Start Date: When projects demand attention

Duration: On-demand, project-based contract

Location: Remote

Compensation: $45/hr. as W-2 employee of Talimer

Job Description

The right Hub Spot Developer is a true developer, detail-oriented, and well-versed in supporting and maintaining large, enterprise Hub Spot websites. You’ll update existing pages, build new campaign and content sections, and ensure consistency with brand standards and art direction. This client is gradually migrating content to Sitecore, so professionals who can navigate Hub Spot now, and adapt as needs evolve, add tremendous value.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and build new Hub Spot pages, including campaign, summary, and year-in-review sections using existing site assets as a guide
• Code custom modules and templates within Hub Spot to match creative/art direction and brand standards
• Support ongoing content updates, page maintenance, and sub-brand page builds
• Collaborate closely with creative and digital teams to turn wireframes, design mockups, and project requests into live site assets
• Maintain brand consistency and web accessibility throughout all work
• Adapt quickly to new needs, including potential collaboration with Sitecore migration teams

Qualifications

Required:

• Professional experience as a Hub Spot Developer
• Demonstrated ability to code, customize, and maintain Hub Spot CMS pages/modules
• Solid understanding of responsive/mobile web design
• Eye for design, attention to brand standards, and ability to follow established art direction
• Experience with basic web accessibility and SEO best practices
• Excellent communicator, able to provide updates and work with in-house creative/digital teams
• Ability to work independently on a project, flex to tight deadlines, and “drop in” as part of a familiar on-demand bench

Nice to Have:

• Experience maintaining or migrating large corporate websites
• Familiarity working with Sitecore or in multi-platform web environments
