Position Responsibilities- Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.
- Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.
- Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
- Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of ITSM products such as Service Now, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
- Practical coding and automation skills with Power Shell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
