Position Summary
Supply Chain Operations Specialist serving as the local nexus for project management, continuous improvement, SAP subject-matter expertise, OSSCE coordination, and Power BI analytics stewardship. Drive operational excellence across warehouse and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibility Areas- Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects end-to-end (scope, timelines, resources, risks, stakeholder communication); own the LKC supply chain project portfolio and maintain a consolidated tracker; develop project charters/RACI/status cadence; coordinate with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Procurement, and IT; facilitate stage‑gate reviews and change control for GxP deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean/Six Sigma/LPS continuous improvement; run Kaizen, A3 problem‑solving, and value‑stream mapping for throughput, cycle time, inventory accuracy, and compliance; manage a CI pipeline; quantify and report benefits; benchmark and share learnings.
- Local SAP SME/Knowledge Center: SAP WM Classic subject‑matter expertise; liaison with global IT/SAP CoE for enhancements and break‑fix; maintain SAP knowledge base and training; support master data governance; participate in upgrade/testing and go‑live support.
- OSSCE Coordination: Coordinate local OSSCE adherence; conduct readiness reviews; represent LKC in OSSCE forums; maintain audit‑ready documentation.
- Power BI Steward: Own/govern Power BI workspace; build dashboards for key KPIs; translate business questions into visuals; ensure data quality with upstream owners; train/mentor end users.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Available as needed outside core hours to support production issues.
- SAP ERP knowledge including MRP methodologies; GMP, procurement/purchasing, planning and capacity planning.
- 2+ years supply chain preferred; SAP ECC and EWM experience preferred.
- GMP knowledge; regulatory familiarity (FDA/OSHA/EPA) and quality standards.
- Strong communication/collaboration; self‑directed and able to work in ambiguity.
