Position Responsibilities Manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive team growth and success. Develop quality strategies that align with business priorities, reduce risk and ensure reliable, high-performing applications.

Lead the advancement of automation and AI-assisted testing by implementing innovative tools, frameworks and best practices that improve efficiency. Partner with business and technology teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of application delivery, from planning through release. Track and report quality metrics to guide leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement across testing initiatives.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and automated testing, with 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity. Proven ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies. Working knowledge of RESTful architecture and hands-on API testing experience. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
