Associate Supply Planner

Join Uline Inc. as an Associate Supply Planner and help keep over 40,000 products in stock for customers across North America. In this fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you'll support demand and inventory planning by analyzing sales trends, maintaining accurate forecasts, and coordinating replenishment for assigned product lines. Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to align supply with customer demand, reduce stockouts, and optimize inventory turns.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales and forecast data to support supply planning decisions
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain target stock and minimize stockouts or excess
• Create and update purchase plans and replenishment orders for assigned product lines
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to align supply with demand
• Track supplier performance and lead times to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, service levels, and key planning metrics
• Identify variances vs. forecast and recommend corrective actions
• Support process improvements in planning tools, data accuracy, and workflows
• Maintain accurate item, vendor, and planning parameters in planning systems
• Assist with special projects related to new products, promotions, and network changes
