Are you a Project Manager with Commercial Roofing experience looking for the opportunity to lead a growing division? Are you looking to progress and become a President in the future?

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Regional Manager to spearhead this divisions growth on unique roofing projects in Southern Wisconsin. You’ll play a key role in project execution, quality assurance, team coordination, and client satisfaction while working with an established contractor known for quality, safety, and long-term relationships.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all projects meet manufacturer requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

The role

• Lead and oversee regional commercial roofing and sheet metal operations
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality and compliance
• Support sales efforts and client relationships while driving regional performance

The Person

• Strong understanding of commercial roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal systems
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and manage complex projects
• Sales-capable leader motivated by growth and progression
• Valid driver’s license
