We are conducting a nationwide search to hire a General Manager in our geographic footprint (AZ, CA, CO, , MI, MN, NM, NV, OR, UT). Relocation to one of these markets will be required.

The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a branch, ensuring that all departments work efficiently to meet the needs of our customers. This role requires a hands‑on leader who is not only strategic but also able to lead and coach successful behavior and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

- Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service, sales, and installation technicians, office staff, and other personnel to ensure the delivery of high‑quality services - Operational Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient processes - Financial Management:
Manage the company's budget, monitor financial performance, and work to improve profitability through cost‑effective strategies and revenue growth initiatives - Customer Satisfaction:
Maintain and enhance customer relationships by ensuring prompt, professional, and quality service. Handle customer escalations and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Experience:
5+ years of management experience in a service‑based industry, preferably in home services, construction, or similar fields - Language: ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Education:
Master of Business Administration is strongly preferred. - Skills:
Strong leadership and team‑building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial management - Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to grow top line revenue and profitability (EBITDA) at a branch level is non‑negotiable for this role
- Sales
Experience:
A competency in ethically selling products/services and developing a sales team is required. Strong preference for candidates who have managed point of sale within customers' homes - Attributes:
Results‑driven, customer‑focused, with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing business environments - Pre‑employment background check & drug test
