* Job Description:

** Ariens Co is seeking a driven Team Leader, Sr. Maintenance Technician at our Brillion, WI location to keep our operations running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll lead hands-on repair and preventative maintenance efforts across both electrical and mechanical systems—playing a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

** Starts at $31/hour + $2.00 Shift Premium & $2,000 sign on bonus

Shift:
** Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); core hours 2:30PM-12:30AM
** THE DAY TO DAY...
*** Lead and support assigned maintenance team members during 2nd shift operations
* Coordinate daily maintenance activities and priorities to support production needs
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with plant safety
* Document work orders, PMs, and corrective actions accurately in the CMMS
* Accurately carry out and assist in the development of preventative maintenance procedures
* Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives
** THE QUALIFICATIONS...
*** A minimum of 5 years Industrial Maintenance experience required
* Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of Industrial equipment
* Experience with CMMS systems for work orders, PMs, and documentation
* Proficient in mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyors
* Working knowledge of PLC- controlled equipment
* Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits
** WORK ENVIRONMENT...
*** Ability to stand and/or walk for 10+ hours a day
* Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
* Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs
* Ability to operate Industrial powered equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, and rigging equipment
