Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in blown film extrusion, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Set Up Tech/Blown Film Extrusion Operator to join their team. ** Pay Range: $19.50-$26.50*
* ** Shift:
** Night Shift (18:00-06:00)

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform equipment setup and startup for extrusion lines, bag machines, winders, printers, and inline converting equipment.

+ Ensure product quality by monitoring production processes and minimizing material waste (scrap).

+ Adjust machine settings such as web guide, tension, width, and other parameters to optimize performance.

+ Supervise and provide guidance to team members including packers, mixers, and other lead operators.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and GMPs.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in maintenance, machine setup, and machine operation within a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor junior team members.

+ Ability to interpret job orders and raw material specifications accurately.

+ Knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation practices.

+ Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
