Third Shift Manufacturing Supervisor

Contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Working hours:

6pm – 6am, 2X2X3 schedule, every other weekend.

• Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of leadership experience.
• Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr; depending on experience.

• Responsible for managing a team of operators, packers and material handlers, partnering with the quality team to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Ensuring the precision, high quality and consistency of manufacturing processes.
• Focusing on Safety, Team Management, Quality Management, Training, Scheduling, Problem Solving, Documentation, Compliance, Cleanroom Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Continuous Improvement.

• Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Attention to detail and precision of work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Intricate knowledge of computers and software applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, etc.).
• Ability to lift to 75 lbs consistently and higher occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity to handle small components.

• Cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment preferred.
• English/Spanish language desired.

Estimated rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
