Machine Operator - Prairie, WI; 1st Shift

As a vital member of our distribution center, you’ll monitor and operate an advanced automated material handling system, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. • Manage the operation and fault correction of our state‑of‑the‑art automated material handling equipment.
• Use problem‑solving skills to address and correct system material flow issues.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain the system by effectively managing and clearing products, packaging, and carrier material.

• One (1) to two (2) years in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a knack for understanding root causes.
• Basic understanding of mechanical operations.
• Clear and effective spoken communication skills.
• Ability to continuously walk, climb, and stand, and to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights of 80–100 feet and adapting to temperature changes in a warehouse setting.
