2nd Shift Maintenance
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined individual to join our hose manufacturing team as a 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic. This position is responsible for assisting with machine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting production operations to ensure machines are running efficiently.
Schedule & PayTraining Schedule (First 2 Weeks):
Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Regular
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay Rate: $15/hr + $1 attendance incentive
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on hose manufacturing machines
- Assist machine operators with equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
- Change and adjust meters, spoon rollers, and related machine components
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments
- Document completed work accurately
- Leave detailed notes for the next shift regarding materials or equipment that could not be repaired
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and work instructions
- Must have own toolbox
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attendance and punctuality required
