Salary Range: $33.00 - $34.00 per hour + $1.50/hour shift premium

Job SummaryMS Companies is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Pleasant Prairie, WI to fill a skilled Maintenance Technician II for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity on 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). This is a multi-craft industrial maintenance role supporting high-speed manufacturing operations in a clean, modern production environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting (not distribution or warehousing).

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience (facilities, warehousing, or distribution experience alone will not qualify)
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a production environment
- Hands-on experience with heavy industrial equipment, motors, conveyors, and drive systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, OEM manuals, and precision measuring devices
- Experience using electrical test equipment (multimeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required (GED accepted with documentation)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and education verification
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-year Technical Degree in a related field
- Experience with PLC controls and heavy industrial controls systems
- Experience with lubrication systems, alignment, and precision mechanical work
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Prior experience mentoring junior technicians or supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing or heavy industry environments
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions using logical, systematic methods
- Install, repair, align, and adjust mechanical drive systems to meet operational specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance, major services, and equipment overhauls on production machinery
- Replace failed components and restore equipment to safe operating condition
- Test electrical systems and circuit continuity; install, inspect, repair, or replace wiring, conduits, fixtures, and related components
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS system
- Participate in problem-solving and process improvement teams to support reliability and uptime goals
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures while working in an industrial manufacturing environment
Physical expectations and working conditions associated with the job may include: standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 25-50 lbs depending on role, and other work performed in a clean manufacturing environment.
