Extrusion Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking a CLEANROOM OPERATOR NIGHT SHIFT to join their team. As a CLEANROOM OPERATOR NIGHT SHIFT, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CLEANROOM OPERATOR NIGHT SHIFT

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay Range: $24.50

Shift: 6:00pm-06:00am (2x2x3 Every other weekend)

• Perform setup and startup for cleanroom extrusion lines and associated equipment
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and safety
• Conduct visual inspections and measurements to detect defects
• Follow documentation procedures to maintain traceability of production
• Provide guidance and training to team members and other operators

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. consistently and higher occasionally
• Willingness to work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (day/night)
• Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
• Basic computer skills to operate production systems
• Ability to perform length, gauge, and weight measurements using hand tools
