Kem Krest is looking for an Assembly Operator who will be responsible for following procedures and provide input to accurately produce industrial components using various tools and machinery. Solve problems and help improve production flow. Demonstrate competence in following safety and maintenance procedures. Identify risks and gaps impacting performance and provide input regarding the technology used to capture data. Verify components and record work order information.

Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments based on business needs.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Overtime Available

• Perform job duties with competence and consistency across assigned tasks.
• Operate designated material handling equipment (MHE) safely and effectively.
• Understand machine operations and ensure proper use to avoid performance issues.
• Identify risks or performance gaps and escalated when necessary.
• Provide input to improve processes, technology, and team performance.
• Understand and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recognize how individual performance impacts utilization and schedule completion.
• Support data collection efforts and provide input for relevant technology tools.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to hazard prevention and waste reduction.
• Demonstrate awareness of environmental impact and support risk reduction efforts.

• 1–2 years of experience in a production or operations environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent with on-the-job training.
• Strong understanding of equipment operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to team success.
