Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing operation in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance position responsible for supporting production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and helping maintain safe and reliable plant operations.

There are currently openings on both 2nd and 3rd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional looking for a stable Monday-Friday schedule, available overtime, and continued wage growth.

Schedule & Compensation2nd Shift
  • Monday-Friday
  • 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
  • $33.90/hour + $0.75/hour shift differential
3rd Shift
  • Monday-Friday
  • 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
  • $33.90/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential

Overtime opportunities are available but are not mandatory. Employees are also eligible for wage progression after six months and again after one year.

Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues
  • Complete equipment repairs and support preventative maintenance activities
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs
  • Work with the maintenance and production teams to minimize equipment downtime
  • Follow established plant safety and maintenance procedures
  • Support continuous, reliable operation of production equipment
Qualifications
  • Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree or technical training is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift
  • Direct-hire, full-time position
  • Overtime available but not mandatory
  • Shift differential in addition to base pay
