Description
  • Cultivate and actively engage online communities across social platforms, serving as the voice of the brand while fostering authentic consumer relationships and positive brand sentiment.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, reviews, and consumer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute integrated social media content and calendar aligned with brand priorities, marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and cultural trends.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, competitive activity, and consumer conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content innovation.
  • Support development and optimization of short-form video, social-first content, and user-generated content programs to increase engagement and reach.
  • Oversee the Influencer Program, including partnership identification, contracting, content review and approval, performance tracking, relationship management, and budget stewardship.
  • Manage branded social partnerships and collaborations from planning through execution, including timelines, asset coordination, deliverables, and performance recap reporting.
  • Support paid social initiatives by collaborating with agency partners on content development, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
  • Track and communicate social and influencer program results.
  • Assist with public relations initiatives and media opportunities by coordinating messaging, timelines, approvals, and content distribution.
  • Manage social media, influencer, and community marketing budgets including invoice processing, coding, and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate across Corporate Communications to support employee communications, company announcements, Linked In content, etc..
  • Comply with all Company rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media, community management, or brand communications.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and supporting communication initiatives.
  • Valid driver’s license required; must be insurable under Good Foods Group’s insurance policy.
Additional Skills
  • Experience managing business accounts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok, Pinterest, Linked In, You Tube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools
  • Experience developing and editing photo and video content, ideally through Canva, Cap Cut, etc.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams
  • Ability to manage several projects at once while working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail in a highly dynamic and changing environment
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team environment
Travel
  • This position will require minimal travel
Work Environment
  • Hybrid role based in Pleasant Prairie, WI, with work performed both remotely and in a professional office environment.
  • Office environment may include frequent interruptions and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Occasional time may be spent in production or plant areas to support business needs.
  • When entering production or plant areas, the team member must follow all safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) requirements.
