Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time/Part-Time 2nd Shift

Join North Shore Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the 2nd shift. The role includes direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with the RN Unit Manager or Director of Nursing. Nurses perform nursing care coordination, implement and evaluate resident/patient plans of care, and supervise nursing assistants. Working under the State Nurse Practice Act, the LPN ensures resident safety and quality care.

• Licensed in Wisconsin as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to use feeding pumps, oxygen equipment, medication carts, and calculate drug dosages.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn company applications.
