Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring overnight shifts and tele strip interpretation. Responsibilities Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Every other weekend is required Patient care involves medical-surgical and telemetry monitoring Floating may occur as per unit or hospital staffing needs Medical-surgical telemetry nursing responsibilities include monitoring patients and interpreting telemetry results Holiday coverage may be required per unit policy Candidates may need to complete a video interview as part of the process Local candidates are accepted Requirements Active WI or compact RN license required and must be in hand Minimum of one year recent Med/Surg Tele experience required Ability to interpret and sign off on telemetry strips required Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required before interview Two supervisory references from the past two most recent assignments are required for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job  P-674085.
