Fast paced Medical Hematology/Oncology Clinic.
The Clinic nurse is responsible for triaging patient phone calls, answering My Chart messages, Entering Physician orders including labs, diagnostics, following up on treatment plans, genetic testing, Arranging and coordinating diagnostics for patients. Patient education with Chemo talks. Work closely with the Infusion and Radiation teams to coordinate patient care. The nurses work directly with Physicians to coordinate patient care. They support the APP's.
Track INR patients with labs and meds. Follow Iron infusion patients. Oncology experience needed. Modified 12:00:00 AM Account Manager:
