Complete Care at Grande Prairie is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Located in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, our 118-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center offers a unique opportunity for a nursing leader who is committed to quality outcomes, team development, and operational excellence. The facility provides post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, orthopedic recovery, wound care, pulmonary care, cardiac care, and other specialized clinical services.

- Partner with facility leadership to achieve operational and clinical goals
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 3 years of Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and quality measures
- Demonstrated success leading clinical teams and improving outcomes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets, staffing, and clinical operations
