Fast paced Medical Hematology/Oncology Clinic.

The Clinic nurse is responsible for triaging patient phone calls, answering My Chart messages, Entering Physician orders including labs, diagnostics, following up on treatment plans, genetic testing, Arranging and coordinating diagnostics for patients. Patient education with Chemo talks. Work closely with the Infusion and Radiation teams to coordinate patient care. The nurses work directly with Physicians to coordinate patient care. They support the APP's.

Track INR patients with labs and meds. Follow Iron infusion patients. Oncology experience needed. Modified 12:00:00 AM Account Manager:

Pending Wisconsin or Compact license accepted ense must be obtained during compliance. Submission Rules :
Please submit candidates to only one opening per facility whenever possible. Epic experience preferred. Bill rates are firm. Background findings are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Travelers may return to the facility only after being separated for a minimum of 1 year. Travel pairs accepted. Froedtert cannot accommodate travelers with latex allergies. Compliance Requirements: NIHSS certification may be pending at submission but must be completed during compliance. Badge photo (passport-style) is required within 24 hours of offer acceptance.
