Experienced CVOR RN with ability to do vascular cases, EVAR, Fem Pop, CABGS, Thoracotomies, Lung resections and mix cardiac meds. Heavy on call requirements 4-5 days a week and every other weekend plus holidays.

  - Thoracotomy, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, Specimen Handling/labeling, TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair), Thoracotomy, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)*, Trauma, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, Vein stripping*, Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD)*

Compliance Requirements:

• SSN required at time of submission.
• DOB required at time of submission.
• RTO required at time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission.
• Wisconsin or Compact License:
  Pending Wisconsin or Compact license accepted ense must be obtained during compliance.
• NIHSS certification may be pending at submission but must be completed during compliance.
• Badge photo (passport-style) is required within 24 hours of offer acceptance.
• Two supervisor references are required after offer acceptance.
• For RNs working ICU, IMCU, Med Surg, ED, or Birthing, one reference must be from the candidate's most recent assignment or permanent position.
• Modules are generally completed during orientation and average 3-4 hours. Module time is non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation. Module completion is tracked via the facility report.
