American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab/EP position requiring 1 year of experience, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, and WI or compact RN licensure.

• Acute care hospital setting in the Cath Lab, rotating into PACU for Cath Lab as needed
• Handles diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, EP lab procedures, and related vascular studies
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Epic EMR used, experience preferred but not required
• Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule, either 6:00am-4:30pm or 7:00am-5:30pm depending on need
• On-call required, rotating weekdays and every 3rd weekend
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

• Active WI or compact RN license required (pending license accepted at submission, must be finalized during compliance)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required and must be active and in hand
• NIHSS certification required, may be pending but must be completed during compliance
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Skilled in procedures such as sheath removal/monitoring, cardioversion, ACT monitoring, 12-lead EKG, and vascular closure systems
• Experience with cardiac medications including antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and thrombolytics preferred
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab and EP Lab, including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, EP studies, and vascular procedures
• Assist with procedural sedation monitoring and administration of emergency medications as needed
• Support infection prevention and isolation precaution protocols
• Badge photo (passport-style) required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Two supervisor references required after offer acceptance
• Facility cannot accommodate travelers with latex allergies
• Local candidates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted with relevant experience
• Travelers may return to the facility only after a minimum 1-year separation
• Travel pairs accepted
• Free parking provided
