Quality Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to independently manage quality-related functions within their Quality Department. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing quality systems, ensuring excellence in every process.

• Oversee customer complaints and CAPA review cycles.
• Lead the internal audit program to ensure compliance and quality.
• Assist in developing, revising, and controlling SOPs and other documents.
• Identify training needs and conduct Quality Assurance training with the Quality Manager.
• Facilitate nonconformance investigations and resolutions promptly.
• Support the Quality Management System's maintenance and improvement.
• Contribute to performance metrics for ongoing improvement.
• Assist with inspections, document reviews, and data entry as needed.

• Adhere to quality systems and good manufacturing practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and independent work skills.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance in line with company policy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Associate's degree or equivalent; or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in regulations/standards (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.).
• Strong analytical and interpretative skills for business and regulatory documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving skills with the ability to draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to perform tasks involving reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities including close vision and focus adjustment.
