You will own the Quality Management System, sustain ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 compliance, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement.
You will lead the Quality team, set performance expectations, coach staff, and ensure customer specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
