Partner with teams and vendors to investigate quality concerns, identify solutions and improve the customer experience.

Position Responsibilities Serve as Uline's quality expert for an assigned product line, analyzing customer comments and product returns to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.

Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process. Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure all products meet Uline’s quality standards.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
