Support Supervisor – a front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house leadership position that helps manage daily store operations, staff, and customer experience.

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, phone attendant, and packer/unpacker of shipments.
• Organize the stock room to maintain smooth product flow.
• Lead by example, manage conflict, and identify opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
• Support high‑volume, customer‑driven retail operations in a fast‑paced environment.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment; stock‑related experience a plus.
• Open, flexible availability for overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
