Role OverviewSupport Supervisor – a front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house leadership position that helps manage daily store operations, staff, and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Act as greeter, runner, cashier, phone attendant, and packer/unpacker of shipments.
- Organize the stock room to maintain smooth product flow.
- Lead by example, manage conflict, and identify opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
- Support high‑volume, customer‑driven retail operations in a fast‑paced environment.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment; stock‑related experience a plus.
- Open, flexible availability for overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Base salary range: 17.00
USD – 21.00
