Support Associate, Retail

Position Overview

Fashion retail associate – join the Tory Burch team to support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations in a high volume, customer‑driven environment.

A typical day may include acting as greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, executing operational policies, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store.

• One to two years of experience in a high volume, customer‑driven retail environment; stock‑related experience is a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.

$15.00 USD – $17.00 USD per hour, based on experience and location.
