Support Lead Part Time

Five Below - th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Greet and wow customers with exceptional service; train crew on the BEST customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkout;
Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively and deliver excellent customer service;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor;
Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for smooth daily operations;
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
