Security Officer Enhanced Part Time - Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, verify entry permissions as directed by site policies, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance issues for follow-up.;
Support daily operations by assisting with visitor inquiries, reporting hazards or suspicious behavior, and following post orders and escalation procedures established for the location.
