Garda World Security Services – Concierge Security Officer
We are looking for a Security Officer – Concierge to provide a high level of customer service in settings such as office towers, hotels and shopping centers. The role focuses on building and maintaining meaningful connections with all visitors, providing reassurance and fostering confidence.
What You’ll Get- Site location:
Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 - Full‑time schedule:
Friday through Monday, 1st shift 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Competitive hourly wage of $17 / hour and Daily Pay eligibility

- Welcoming visitors, verifying identity and guiding them
- Managing access control
- Performing regular patrols to detect potential risks
- Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance issues
- Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams
- Answering questions in person or by phone
- Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
- Ensuring safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED - Pass a comprehensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic phone and computer proficiency
- Prior security, military or law‑enforcement experience – a plus
- State security license if required
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer has been extended.
